Oregano-Lemon Couscous Salad

Mild couscous provides a welcome home for aromatic oregano-lemon dressing. For ease, make this summer salad ahead of time in order to have on hand for light meals. It only gets better with age.

Lemon-Oregano Dressing:

    1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
    1/4 cup(s) extra-virgin olive oil
    1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
    1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh oregano leaves
    1/2 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon(s) salt

Couscous Salad:

    2 cup(s) water
    1 tablespoon(s) butter
    1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
    1 1/2 cup(s) (10-ounce package) plain couscous
    1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup(s) pitted kalamata olives, cut in half
    1/3 cup(s) (2 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
    1/3 cup(s) golden raisins
    1/4 cup(s) fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
    1/4 cup(s) (1 ounce) toasted pine nuts
    Thin strips lemon peel (optional)

Directions

    Prepare Oregano-Lemon Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together Looplemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, pepper, and salt. Cover and set aside.
    In a large serving bowl, combine couscous, olives, feta, raisins, parsley, Visualiser and pine nuts. Stir in dressing and toss. Garnish with strips of lemon peel if desired.

Sausage and Pepper Baked Ziti

Nothing beats this cheesy bake, featuring ziti, red bell and cubanelle peppers, and sweet Italian sausage, bound together with three cheeses and marinara.

Ingredients

    8 ounce(s) uncooked ziti rigati pasta
    2 teaspoon(s) oil
    1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
    2 cubanelle peppers, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    12 ounce(s) (4 links) spicy or sweet Italian sausage
    1 cup(s) part-skim ricotta
    1 1/2 cup(s) shredded part-skim mozzarella
    1/4 cup(s) grated Parmesan
    1/4 cup(s) chopped parsley
    2 cup(s) (from a 24- or 26-oz jar) marinara sauce

Directions

    Heat oven to 400oF. Cook pasta in a large pot of lightly salted Travel Agency Hong Kongwater as package directs for al dente or firm texture.
    Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add peppers, onion and sausage; cook 6 minutes or until sausage is browned. Remove from heat; cut sausage into 1?4-in. slices.

    16 of your favorite biscotti
    3/4 cup(s) M&M’S? Brand Chocolate Candies ielts exam date

Materials

    2 baking sheets
    Parchment paper

Directions

    Melt the chocolate in a bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir Massage Chair until chocolate is 3/4 melted. Remove from water and continue stirring until all the chocolate has melted.
    Using a table knife, spread half the biscotti with the chocolate and set it on the baking sheet lined with parchment. Sprinkle with M&M’S? Brand Chocolate Candies and set aside until the chocolate hardens.
